I see what you saying because no matter what based on this video it looks like the govt is pushing 1 classroom to be at full cap (31 kids). Basically, if you have 4 classrooms with 24 kids each and a certain percentage choose online learning, a school loses a teacher who normally leads a class to do online learning and they spread that teacher's students teachers to do online learning as no budgets have been changed to the schools. What the government should have done is to increase the funding to schools so they could just keep that spare classroom and spread the kids out. In our district, we can revisit our online vs classroom choice the second week of Sept or Oct. I feel so bad for the schools bc that will be nightmare fuel to coordinate. This is just one big cluster fuck and it does not have the kids or anyone else's well being in mind just a "get the parents to work" ploy.

It’s possible I created the scenario in my head.
