We can't mix grades at our school but another grade came walking through our dismissal today because we weren't ready yet. Bonus they were super early so we didn't need to be ready yet. In my old school, many teachers thought the mask rules were stupid (We can’t stop here, this is Fox News country) and one of my biggest worries about reopening was them not enforcing mask rules. Literally thousands of people here in Singapore (arrived home last week) and I taught kids ages 3 to 12 and all the kids and families were on board from the very beginning with almost no problems at all. Singaporean laws and culture made this work very well. At this point, I'd just be the person who cares the most and report her to HR and building admin. Not only is she actively going against school policy, but she is also creating a hostile workplace for you. Don't think for a second this bitch wouldn't be gunning to get you fired if the tables were turned. She is putting the CHILDREN at risk. Protect them. Report her.

I met my husband when I got a new job at a grocery store and the guy from the deli came up and yelled at me for hanging up on customers when I couldn't figure out the phone transfer process.
